Seeding

All riders will be seeded to ensure a streamlined start process and ability based riding experience.

  • All KZN based riders will be seeded using the ROAG seeding system.
  • All non-KZN seeded riders who wish to have a realistic seeding, need to send verified results for 3 races in the past 4 months to email hidden; JavaScript is required and you will be manually seeded accordingly.

Timing

Timing for the Sappi Karkloof Classic will be done by Elite Timing.

Licenses

Furthermore, riders wanting to be seeded need to have a CSA license. To purchase a CSA license, you need to be a member of a club.

Registration

Registration will take place at the Karkloof Club on the following days:

Saturday 26thMay –05h30 to 11h45
Sunday 27thMay –05h30 to 09h45

Participants are encouraged to partake in as many of the events over the weekend as they can and to register as early during the Festival as possible.

 

Camping

The Karkloof Club provides quality camping facilities that are available for booking on the weekend of the Festival so make sure you get your camping bookings in early.

Entrants are encouraged to book camping sites as early as possible to avoid missing out and to ensure that they are based at the race village to fully enjoy the whole weekend experience

Camping Bookings can be made through ROAG with your online entry.

Other

There will be a fully supervised Kids Zone available on Sunday
There will be various Food Stalls, Bike Shops and Coffee Vendors set up at the Karkloof Club all weekend
